DerMel Skin Ointment (tube 15 g and 50 g) can be used on superficial wounds such as patches of eczema. DerMel Skin Ointment is a soothing ointment that protects and heals irritated, dry and/or sensitive skin caused, for example, by eczema. DerMel Skin Ointment can also be used to treat superficial and even infected wounds such as those caused by scratching patches of eczema. DerMel Skin ointment consists of a skin-care ointment combined with pure, enzyme-rich honey. The ointment’s special composition, which gives it a low pH value, reinforces the skin’s natural resistance. DerMel Skin Ointment has a gentle cooling effect on the skin and therefore relieves itchiness.

In addition, the hydrophilic property of DerMel Skin Ointment help create a moist wound environment, combined with strong antibacterial effect to ensure rapid wound healing and minimize abnormal scar formation. The low pH of DerMel Skin Ointment also contributes to creating a favorable environment for wound healing.
