Wound Presentation at Emcas Plastic Surgery Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City

On the morning of November 26, 2022, DTP MEDICAL in collaboration with BAP MEDICAL, Netherlands had presented the WOUND – New technology to help heal wounds faster and reduce scars right after surgery at EMCAS Plastic Surgery Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City.

The presentation of WOUND by DTP MEDICAL in collaboration with BAP MEDICAL at EMCAS Plastic Surgery Hospital brought a comprehensive view of WOUND, helping plastic surgeons know more about the ingredients, mechanism of action, treatment protocol and clinical researches of WOUND as well as case studies performed to evaluate the positive effect on open wound treatment and abnormal scarring minimization.

 

In addition, the meeting also has highlighted the importance of wound infection control for faster wound healing and scar management from the early stage right after plastic surgery (especially major surgeries such as breast surgery, mastopexy, abdominoplasty,…). Meanwhile, WOUND has been viewed as an one-stop solution to meet the many standard requirements of an ideal wound care product after surgery.
